Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, strategy-minded Social Media & Content Specialist to lead and grow our social media presence.

This role demands strong Arabic and English writing skills, a sharp visual eye, and a deep understanding of emotionally driven content.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

• Create, publish, and manage content across all social media platforms
• Produce engaging Reels, Stories, and short-form videos
• Design social media visuals using Canva
• Edit and optimize photos and videos
• Plan, execute, and maintain the content calendar

Strategy & Analytics

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies
• Apply platform-specific best practices
• Track performance and prepare analytics reports

Community Management

• Engage with followers and respond to comments professionally
• Build and nurture an active, supportive online community

Collaboration

• Work closely with content and production teams
• Provide editing feedback during podcast post-production

🧩 Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong Canva skills and basic photo/video editing experience
• Solid understanding of social media algorithms and analytics
• Advanced writing proficiency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Ability to communicate emotional, psychological, or complex topics clearly
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Genuine interest in mental health, personal growth, or science communication
