Key Responsibilities
- Review & validate production processes and factory layout.
- Assess equipment selection, capacity, throughput, and operational risks.
- Optimize labor productivity, utilities consumption, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC).
- Support phased capacity expansion and product diversification.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in food, Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years in food or fruits/vegetables processing operations.
- Strong knowledge of food processing equipment and operational management.
- Experience in export-oriented production facilities is a plus.
- - Preferred Certifications: HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, Lean/Six Sigma, PMP.
