Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend services & APIs (Node.js, TypeScript, Python)

• Lead backend architecture and technical decisions

• Own features end-to-end, from design to production

• Mentor engineers and help grow the team

• Collaborate with UAE-based product & engineering teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience

• Strong in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python

• Experience with distributed systems & databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)

• Proven ability to ship production systems

• Excellent English communication

Nice to Have

• FinTech / trading experience

• Event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

• AI/ML or data pipelines
