Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the legal team in organizing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Support with corporate documents, filings, and regulatory submissions.
  • Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries or reports as requested.
  • Coordinate signatures, notarization, legalization, and archiving of documents.
  • Assist in monitoring deadlines, renewals, and compliance-related requirements.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the legal team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 0–3 years of experience in a legal or corporate environment (law firm or in-house preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Good command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
