Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the legal team in organizing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Support with corporate documents, filings, and regulatory submissions.
- Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries or reports as requested.
- Coordinate signatures, notarization, legalization, and archiving of documents.
- Assist in monitoring deadlines, renewals, and compliance-related requirements.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the legal team.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0–3 years of experience in a legal or corporate environment (law firm or in-house preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Good command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
