Job Description

  • experience on customer service with good relations and communications skills
  • build good relation with customers in the work field
  • Update customers on order progress and handle follow-ups (like new collection announcements)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with suppliers
  • Understand customer needs and provide guidance on upholstery services, fabrics, colors, and designs
  • Job is related to fabrics so you should be familiar withe terms of colors and fabrics related stuff and having the will to learn
     

Job Requirements

  •  8 hours shift 
  •  continuity and follows up of the duties is mandatory 
  •  follows ups with order details, new collection, and job duties.
  • commitment and displace is a key of success in this positions 
  • building friendly and good relation with customers and suppliers
  • ability to handle customer problems
