Description
We are a fast-growing PVC / UPVC profiles manufacturing group looking for a strong Factory Manager to lead our production facility and drive it to the next level in performance, quality, efficiency, and profitability.This role is not for routine management. We are looking for a leader who can build systems, improve productivity, control costs, and scale operations.🔹 Key Responsibilities
Full responsibility for factory operations (Production – Maintenance – Quality – Stores – Safety).
Improve production efficiency, output, and machine utilization.
Lead and develop production teams, supervisors, and engineers.
Implement and monitor KPIs (OEE, waste, downtime, productivity).
Reduce scrap, waste, and rework.
Ensure consistent product quality according to PVC / UPVC standards.
Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain to meet business targets.
Participate in capacity planning and expansion projects.
Apply continuous improvement concepts (Lean, 5S, process optimization).
🔹 Required Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience as Factory Manager or Production Manager in PVC / UPVC profiles manufacturing (mandatory).
Strong background in extrusion lines, tooling, calibration, and quality control.
Experience managing medium to large-scale factories.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with ERP systems (experience with Odoo is a strong plus).
Engineering background is preferred.
