Job Description – Technology Sales Agent

As a Technology Sales Agent , you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for ERP , CRM solutions and mobile applications. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their business needs and recommend the most appropriate technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and qualify leads to assess their suitability for technical solutions (ERP , CRM systems and mobile applications).

· Conduct effective product demonstrations and technical presentations.

· Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.

· Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.

· Close sales deals and ensure timely contract execution.

· Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.

· Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle and post-sales.

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· 2–3 years of proven experience in technology sales or a related field.

· Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.

· Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is a strong advantage.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline.
