We are looking to hire an R&D Manager - chemist to utilize chemicals, chemical compounds and chemical processes to create new and innovative products and technologies. Candidate will be responsible to manage and run our R&D lab and R&D team. This is a position where innovation and thinking out of the box is a must.
Responsibilities
Manage and run company's R&D lab and utilize its equipment into the development and innovation of new chemical processes and compounds.
Manage R&D team in the most efficient way to meet deadlines and tasks.
Maintain all necessary documentation for the lab trials and processes.
Assist in the scaling of all processes from lab scale to industrial scale.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree of science - chemistry
Masters/Phd degrees in chemistry are favorable.
minimum 10 years experience in chemical formulation & R&D
Minimum 3 years in a managerial position in R&D
Innovation and out of the box thinking is a must
Experience with lab equipment and tools such as HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometer etc...
