Job Description

• Prepare, review, and submit Tenders & Proposals for electromechanical and HVAC projects.
• Study and analyze client requirements, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Prepare technical offers, method statements, and compliance sheets.
• Assist in cost estimation and preparation of commercial offers.
• Maintain documentation of all Tender / Proposal activities.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards, client specifications, and project timelines.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Fresh Graduates or 1 – 5 years experience in Tender / Proposal preparation
• Good knowledge of electromechanical or HVAC systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Teamwork and willingness to learn
