• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience designing responsive and mobile-friendly websites.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with web development basics (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing previous website design projects.
