Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Application Support Engineer to provide technical support for business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, support users, monitor system performance, and work closely with development team to ensure high availability and reliability of applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level support for internal and external applications
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner
- Monitor application performance, availability, and system logs
- Escalate complex issues to development or infrastructure teams when required
- Perform root cause analysis and document incidents and resolutions
- Support application deployments, upgrades, and patches
- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides
- Communicate clearly with users, stakeholders, and technical teams
- Participate in on-call support rotations as required

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of databases, SQL, and application architectures.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Available to work full-time, on-site, and flexible to support urgent issues as needed.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving environments.
