📝 Job Description
The Auditor is responsible for reviewing financial records and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved accounting policies and procedures. The role supports the effectiveness of internal controls and contributes to the reliability of the company’s financial operations.
🎯 Responsibilities
Review daily journal entries and financial records for accuracy.
Examine financial statements and accounting reports prior to approval.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
Evaluate internal control systems and recommend improvements.
Identify errors or financial discrepancies and prepare audit findings.
Follow up on corrective actions with concerned departments.
Prepare periodic audit reports for senior management.
Coordinate with accounting and other departments to ensure data accuracy.
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2–4 years of experience in auditing or accounting.
Good knowledge of accounting standards and internal control systems.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
