Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Representative located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to clients, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Additionally, they will be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and meet or exceed sales targets. Regular tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting presentations, and maintaining records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Insurance Sales and general Sales to effectively promote and sell insurance products to meet targets
• Excellent Customer Service skills to assess and address client needs while building long-term professional relationships
• Experience or knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processes and products
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines
• Relevant certifications in insurance or similar fields are a plus
• Prior sales experience, particularly in the insurance sector, is advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is beneficial
