Job Description

Participate in research and development activities for new and existing products.

Conduct testing, trials, and analysis to improve product quality and performance.

Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation.

Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to support implementation.

Support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production / Mechanical / Industrial or relevant field).

2–4 years of experience in R&D or a related technical role (manufacturing environment is preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.

Good command of English (written & spoken).

Strong documentation and reporting skills.
