We are looking for a Junior Data Engineer to join our analytics teams and support the development of reliable, high-quality data solutions. You will work within agile teams to build and maintain data pipelines, support data platforms, and learn best practices in data engineering, governance, and analytics.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
• Support the design, development, and maintenance of ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Assist in managing data architecture and infrastructure on cloud and on-prem platforms.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and security across systems.
• Work with batch and basic streaming data processes.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies and tools in data engineering.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Less than 1 year of experience in Data Engineering or a related role.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to technical and business changes.

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of SQL and Python, with understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms.
• Basic understanding of Big Data concepts.
• Experience or exposure to ETL/ELT tools.
• Very good understanding of data warehousing architecture and data modeling best practices.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with data catalog tools (e.g., Collibra).
• Basic knowledge of batch and streaming processing techniques.
