Job Title: Auto Parts Salesman – Online Store

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Auto Parts Salesman to join our online auto-parts store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and supplying the correct auto parts based on VIN numbers, part numbers, and customer inquiries. This role requires strong technical understanding of vehicle components, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a professional sales experience for both Arabic- and English-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Communication & Order Handling

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
• Identify the correct parts using VIN, part number, or technical problem description.
• Provide customers with suitable options (OEM / aftermarket) and explain differences clearly.
• Prepare and send professional quotations and follow up to close sales.
• Communicate effectively with Arabic- and English-speaking customers.

2. Sales, Pricing & Invoicing

• Create sales orders using the company’s system.
• Verify part compatibility before issuing invoices.
• Coordinate with customers regarding payment and confirm successful transactions.
• Issue invoices and ensure all documentation is complete.

3. Supplier & Shipping Coordination

• Contact suppliers to confirm availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Issue internal purchase orders as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse/shipping teams or suppliers (drop shipping).
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.

4. Catalog & Product Data Management

• Add new products to the online store including photos, descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate and updated product information.
• Use automotive catalog systems (EPC, Microcat, Etka, etc.) to identify parts reliably.

5. After-Sales Service

• Handle complaints related to parts, delays, or technical issues.
• Manage returns and warranty requests according to company policy.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, or related field preferred).
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is mandatory, as the role involves communication with non-Arabic-speaking customers.
• Proven experience in auto parts sales (required).
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency in using computers, online platforms, and catalog systems.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
