Job Description

• Supervise and follow up on all finishing works for villas and apartments.
• Ensure that all finishing activities meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and workers to maintain project timelines.
• Provide and purchase required materials for the site, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor the execution of painting, flooring, carpentry, gypsum, and other finishing tasks.
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve any site-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of site progress and material usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Proven experience in finishing works for villas and apartments.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishing techniques, and construction standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
