About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Ticketing Specialist to handle airline reservations, ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and fare calculations. A minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in airline ticketing is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue e-tickets, handle refunds, re-issues and fare calculations
•  Manage reservations using GDS or airline portals
•  Coordinate with airlines, process ticketing waivers and manage payment procedures
•  Resolve ticketing issues and provide fast solutions for clients
•  Keep accurate ticketing records and daily reconciliation

Job Requirements

•  Minimum 5 years airline ticketing experience.
•  Proficient with Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
•  Strong knowledge of fare rules, ticketing regulations and IATA procedures.
•  Accurate, deadline-driven and customer-focused.
•  Good communication in English & Arabic.
