About the Job

We are seeking a talented and experienced English Teacher & Content Researcher to join our Cairo office. This role focuses on designing English-language learning materials, conducting content research, and supporting the development of high-impact educational programs for both online and in-class environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement English-language instructional materials and curricula for online and classroom programs.

Lead English content development projects, ensuring alignment with pedagogical standards and intended learning outcomes.

Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, teachers, editors, and multimedia teams to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Evaluate and enhance instructional content based on learner data, feedback, and performance outcomes.

Provide training to teachers and deliver classes when needed.

Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across all English teaching materials and instructional approaches.

Stay updated on current trends in English language teaching, instructional design, educational research, and EdTech innovations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, English, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related fields.

Proven experience in designing English language learning materials (English-specific material design is required).

Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, English teaching, or similar roles.

Proficiency with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, LMS platforms).

Strong research, communication, project management, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
