Job Purpose
Owns airline relationship management and performance optimisation for all existing carriers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define airline account management strategy and priorities
- Oversee contract compliance, performance reviews, and account plans
- Identify growth, optimisation, and retention opportunities with airlines
- Resolve escalated airline commercial issues
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to support airline performance
Experience Requirements
12–15 years’ experience in airline commercial, sales, or airport account management roles.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, or Finance
