Job Description

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons that align with the curriculum.
• Support classroom management by maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning objectives and provide additional support.
• Prepare instructional materials and resources as directed by the lead teacher.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to both students and the lead teacher.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate student progress as needed.
