Role Purpose

This role is designed for a driven Kuwaiti graduate with a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience who wants to build a meaningful career in Human Capital and be part of shaping how people experience work.

As an Associate in Human Capital, you will play an active role in strengthening our employer brand, supporting talent acquisition processes, and contributing to how we attract, engage, and grow talent. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a high-performing investment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and management of the careers site
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns
• Assist with applicant tracking and recruitment coordination
• Support the development of the Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
• Conduct research and benchmarking to inform Human Capital initiatives
• Provide day-to-day support across core Human Capital activities

• Bilingual (Arabic & English)
