Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Technical Office & QS Engineer based in our Alexandria Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling technical office operations and quantity surveying tasks, ensuring all technical outputs meet project specifications and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Oversight: Supervise the preparation of architectural shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.
Quantity Surveying (QS): Lead the cost estimation process, perform accurate quantity take-offs, and manage construction contracts.
Team Leadership: Guide and manage a team of technical professionals, ensuring performance targets are met with high efficiency.
Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless coordination between the technical office and site operations to resolve any technical discrepancies.
