This course focuses on advanced sports rehabilitation techniques and targeted exercises to address common athletic injuries. Learners will explore exercises such as multiplaner single-leg RDLs for balance and strength, heel raises for plantar fasciitis, and wrist extensor stretches for tennis elbow recovery. The course also covers nerve mobilization techniques, including radial and median nerve glides, to improve flexibility and reduce nerve-related pain. Ankle sprain rehabilitation is detailed through DF fibular mobilization and tibial IR MWM exercises, enhancing joint stability and range of motion. Shoulder and plantarflexion exercises, such as repeated extensions and lateral tap-downs, are included to strengthen muscles and prevent re-injury. Each session provides step-by-step guidance to ensure proper form, maximize recovery, and improve athletic performance. By combining strength, flexibility, and neuromuscular control, learners gain practical skills to design comprehensive rehabilitation programs for athletes. This course is ideal for physical therapists, sports trainers, and athletes seeking to safely return to activity while minimizing injury risk. By the end of the program, participants will have the knowledge and confidence to apply these techniques for effective rehabilitation and performance enhancement.
