Job Summary :

This role is responsible for driving brand growth, managing digital performance, and generating high quality leads through data driven marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will oversee digital channels, performance marketing, analytics, CRM automation, and team leadership to ensure measurable business impact.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development of the academy’s digital marketing roadmap aligned with business objectives and across all platforms and regions
• Lead high quality lead generation and conversion initiatives using advanced digital tactics.
• Oversee performance marketing including SEO, SEM, .. social media ads, and full funnel optimization.
• Monitor and analyze digital KPIs and campaign performance to optimize ROI.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Academic, and Creative teams to align strategies.
• Lead market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide long term digital strategy.
• Design and implement CRM strategies, marketing automation, and data-driven customer journeys.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high performing digital marketing team.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• MBA is a MUST or an equivalent advanced degree
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including min 3 years as Digital Marketing Director
• Strong experience in scaling digital channels, performance optimization, and data-driven marketing.
• Proficiency in analytics tools, CRM systems, marketing automation, and digital performance platforms.
