About the Role

Rawaa Land, a leading importer and exporter of agricultural products, is seeking an experienced Export Logistics Specialist to ensure smooth, efficient export operations. The ideal candidate will manage shipment coordination, customs clearance, and quality-control procedures while driving continuous improvement across logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic and international shipments via road, sea and air.

Prepare, review and manage export documentation (commercial invoice, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, packing list, etc.).

Oversee loading, container handling and storage to ensure product integrity and quality.

Track shipments end-to-end and proactively resolve delays or operational issues.

Liaise with warehouses and packing facilities to guarantee readiness and timely dispatch.

Ensure compliance with local and international agricultural export regulations.

Prepare monthly performance reports and propose process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field (or equivalent).

2–4 years of experience in logistics and customs clearance; experience in the agricultural sector is preferred.

Proven experience in professional email correspondence and stakeholder communication.

Solid knowledge of Incoterms and Egyptian port procedures.

Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics/WMS systems.

Excellent command of English.
