Growth Marketing Associate

SALARY: 700 USD per calendar month

LOCATION: Hybrid - 3 days in Cairo office, 2 days remote - supporting a UK based business

We are an exciting start up and the UK’s fastest growing franchisor of Halal virtual brands. We partner with Halal food operators to use their kitchen capacity to increase their sales and profitability by selling our brands on delivery platforms within their area.

To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our Egypt team. Reporting into our founding Director, Mohamed Poonawala (or their nominated deputy), you will have a critical role in delivering business growth and financial processes.

This will be a hybrid role with attendance at our Cairo office required 3 days a week.

We are looking for this to be a long-term role that develops as the business expands therefore offering opportunities for progression.

What will you do?

Growth Marketing

• Manage the marketing process for Dish'd franchise partner locations, regularly monitoring and adjusting strategies to drive consistent sales growth.

• Analyse weekly marketing data to identify emerging trends and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.

• Working with the Data team to ensure marketing reporting requirements are met

• Working with internal and external stakeholders in managing local and national campaigns

• Investigate and resolve the root causes of marketing inefficiencies to improve overall performance.

• Update and maintain the marketing tracker to ensure alignment with the marketing plan and business objectives.

• Implement and monitor marketing plans for new locations, ensuring they meet performance targets.

• Lead targeted marketing campaigns, including relaunches for underperforming locations, to maximize results.

• Participate in marketing analysis to continuously refine strategies and enhance store performance.

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written English.

• English to be at the standard of IELTS Level 8 or Cambridge C2.

• Growth-focused marketer with experience of managing online channels.

• Strategic, data-driven mindset with a hands-on approach to campaign management.

• Data and results driven with a mindset of test, learn, iterate and repeat.

• Strong in communication skills, both verbal and written

• Able to work independently

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Hard working and highly motivated

• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

• Able to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.

• Technically literate (Gmail, Excel, Word)

Technical requirements

The salary offered has been adjusted to factor in the cost of the technical requirements.

• Own PC (not to be shared)

• Reliable and strong Internet connection 24/7

• Software: Microsoft Office

• Ability to access Gmail, Dropbox, Hubspot

Working pattern

5 days a week - 08:00 to 17:00 UK time with 1 hour break

Monday to Thursday and Friday or Sunday on alternate weeks

Attendance at our Cairo office will be required 3 days a week.

Remote working is to take place from home not a public place.
