Responsibilities

  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to gain market share, and drive profitability targets to achieve top-line and bottom-line targets for consumer health business.
  • Lead and provide strong leadership, training and coaching for sales and marketing teams to increase overall performance.
  • Manage and review budgets, reports and forecasts.
  • Plan, administer, and manage commercial budget and resource allocation based on priority and necessary trade-off for overall performance of the brand.
  • Execute, evaluate, and adjust rolling tactical marketing plans including both traditional and e-marketing activities.
  • Responsible for management and development of VMS-OTC & FMCG businesses
  • Responsible for VMS- OTC & FMCG
  • Manage and lead marketing and sales departments/divisions
  • Build strategic partnerships with suppliers
  • Assess new business development projects
  • Setting and validating commercial terms
  • Develop and implement strategic sales, marketing and communication plans for development of the represented brands
  • Cooperation and alignment with all departments of the company – compliance, logistics, finance, etc.


Qualifications


  • Minimum 15 years of sales and marketing experience
  • Ability to drive creative and strategic winning marketing strategies
  • Previous experience in team management with strong leadership and influential skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English language
  • High Sales experience & capabilities.
  • Strong People management skills
  • Proven record of success in VMS/OTC /FMCGs field
  • Preferably, to have MBA or post-graduation degree in Marketing.
