The Sales Director will be responsible for leading sales and marketing operations for Innovo Real Estate in Egypt, driving revenue growth, strengthening brand positioning, and ensuring successful project launches.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, agencies, and high-net-worth clients.
- Oversee CRM systems, digital transformation, and AI-driven sales insights.
- Lead high-value real estate transactions and negotiate profitable deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and expansion opportunities.
- Manage sales team performance, training, and succession planning.
- Drive event marketing initiatives including expos, investor events, and virtual showcases.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.- 10+ years’ experience in real estate sales/marketing with proven success in high-value transactions.
- Strong expertise in CRM, sales automation, and data analytics (Power BI preferred).
- Track record in managing large-scale marketing campaigns and market expansion strategies.
- Certified Sales Executive (CSE), DMI, or HubSpot certification desirable.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
