Job summary

Mayar Gulf Engineering Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Cost Estimation Sales Engineer to join our Sales and Marketing Department. The successful candidate will play a critical role in preparing accurate cost estimates, project proposals, and financial models to support business development in real estate development projects and engineering contracting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in cost estimation, project planning, or related roles in real estate development or contracting industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, market pricing, and project management tools.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar project planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for real estate development and construction/contracting projects, including material, labor, and overhead breakdowns.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource plans aligned with client and company objectives.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders, RFPs, and client submissions.

Skills

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
