Job Description

  • Administer and coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Assist in talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Coordinate employee training, development programs, and performance appraisals to foster continuous growth and engagement.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, benefits, and workplace policies.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, proactively addressing any compliance issues.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational change and drive HR projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office-based environment.
