Job Description

  • Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure efficient movement of goods and materials.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain performance and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to manage shipments, resolve issues, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Analyze logistics data and prepare reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Negotiate contracts and rates with transportation providers to secure cost-effective solutions.

  • Lead and mentor junior logistics staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation management, and inventory control.
  • Proficiency with logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
