Job description

ATLANTA TRAINING CENTER is a new, dynamic training center in Dubai, and we are seeking a highly motivated and welcoming Admissions and Administration Officer to be a key member of our founding team. As the first point of contact for prospective students and visitors, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating a positive, professional, and trustworthy environment.

This role is perfect for a charismatic individual with excellent communication skills and a talent for guiding potential clients through their decision-making process. You will be instrumental in both managing our daily operations and driving our student enrollment.


Key Responsibilities



Admissions & Student Enrollment:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Respond promptly to leads generated from advertisements and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and build a strong pipeline.
  • Provide detailed information about our courses and philosophy to prospective students in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Guide applicants through the entire enrollment process, from initial inquiry to registration, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Build strong relationships with potential students to understand their career goals and help them choose the right program.

Student & Center Operations:

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with enrolled students, handling inquiries, payments, and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Monitor student attendance, following up with absent students to ensure engagement and support.
  • Coordinate with instructors to ensure all equipment, materials, and supplies needed for courses are available and ready for use.
  • Manage the front desk, greeting all visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, managing records, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Support the management team with daily operational tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a front-facing role such as administration, customer service, sales, or admissions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: You must be naturally friendly, articulate, and able to make people feel comfortable and valued.
  • Strong consultative sales skills: A proven ability to be persuasive, build trust, and successfully convert inquiries into enrollments is essential.
  • Trustworthy and professional: Must be reliable and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping people achieve their career goals.
