We are currently looking for a dedicated and results-driven Area Manager to oversee the performance of multiple store locations and support the continued growth of our brand.

Job Description

• Manage shop's teams performance and boost their moral.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of your team.
• Analyze sales trends, product performance, and customer behavior to improve sales.
• Ensure all shops deliver excellent customer service aligned with the brand image.
• Perform market research to pinpoint new sales opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Area Manager or multi-store retail manager, preferably in fashion retail.
