Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria, Egypt for a Real Estate Sales Professional. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, provide exceptional customer service, and guide them through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties. Your responsibilities include generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining an updated knowledge of real estate market trends. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including knowledge of market trends and best practices. Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on building client relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency in relevant technology tools and platforms is preferred. Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage for interacting with diverse clientele. Previous experience in real estate or a sales-oriented role is a plus.
