Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finishing Engineer located in Qesm El Maadi. The Finishing Engineer will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring high-quality finishes, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with design specifications. Responsibilities include coordinating with site teams, contractors, and consultants; conducting quality inspections; managing resources efficiently; and resolving technical or design challenges promptly.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Previous experience in interior design and finishing work is highly advantageous Proficiency in construction management, project planning, and resource allocation Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality control standards Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design specifications Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Problem-solving skills for addressing on-site challenges and technical issues Experience with construction software tools such as Auto CAD or other relevant applications
