Role Description:
Learning Experience• Coordinating the delivery of our learning programs and ensuring sessions run smoothly • Supporting instructors in preparing and organizing training materials • Managing learner onboarding and guiding them through the learning journey • Monitoring learner progress on the platform and following up to maintain engagement • Coordinating interactive sessions, workshops, and program schedules • Collecting learner feedback to improve the learning experience
Enrollments & Lead Management• Managing incoming leads from Linked In, the website, Whats App, and other platforms • Communicating with potential learners to understand their career goals • Advising them on the most suitable Potential X programs • Following up with interested leads and converting them into enrolled learners • Managing enrollment processes and program registrations • Maintaining organized tracking of leads and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For• Strong organizational and communication skills • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset • Comfortable communicating with potential learners and guiding them through decisions • Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously • Interest in education, career development, and the pharmaceutical industry • Experience in training coordination, admissions, customer success, or inside sales is a plus
