Job Description: Customer Acquisition Specialist
Role Overview
The Customer Acquisition Specialist will focus on prospecting and engaging new customers to create qualified opportunities for the sales team. This role is critical for expanding the customer base and driving new business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
- Qualify leads and create opportunities for the sales team to close new logos.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and update CRM systems accurately.
- Work closely with the Central Business Team and Country Sales Team to align on strategy and execution.
- Educate prospects on Microsoft cloud solutions (M365, Azure, Dynamics) and their business benefits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and opportunity creation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft cloud solution selling or lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft’s cloud product portfolio.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and call center tools.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
