Job Description
Store Operations
- Supervise and support Store Managers across the assigned area.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Conduct regular and surprise store visits and audits.
Sales & Performance Management
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs including:
- Sales, ATV, UPT, Conversion Rate, and Returns.
- Review performance reports and implement corrective action plans when needed.
People Management
- Coach, train, and develop Store Managers and staff.
- Evaluate performance and provide recommendations regarding promotions, incentives, and disciplinary actions.
- Motivate teams to improve productivity and engagement.
Visual Merchandising & Stock Control
- Ensure VM guidelines are properly implemented in all stores.
- Monitor stock levels, shrinkage, and returns in coordination with relevant departments.
Customer Experience
- Ensure excellent customer service standards across all stores.
- Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and effectively.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Retail (fashion experience is preferred).
- Proven experience as an Area Manager
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel between stores.
