Job Description
- Bo Hub is seeking a proactive Area Manager to oversee multiple branches specializing in boba and mochi and ensure smooth daily operations.
- The role focuses on maintaining brand standards, monitoring performance, supporting branch teams, and achieving operational and sales targets.
- The Area Manager works closely with branch managers to improve efficiency, ensure consistent quality and service, and resolve operational challenges. This is a field-based role that requires regular branch visits and strong coordination with head office.
Work Conditions:
- Field-based role with frequent branch visits.
- The first 3 months are a probation period, followed by confirmation based on performance.

- Strong background in managing multiple branches or locations.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and evaluate branch managers and teams.
- Solid understanding of operational processes, cost control, and KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work in a field-based role with frequent branch visits.
