We're hiring: "Automotive Customer Support Advisor " at e& UAE
•Role Description:
A full-time on-site role in which an outstanding customer experience needs to be delivered by handling the customers' inquiries via phone; providing personalized solutions and eventually achieving our problem-solving goal.
•What we are looking for:
- Fluent English is a must! (B1+ up to B2 English)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and handling abilities
- Grads & Fresh grads
- Customer service experience is preferable
•Working Conditions:
- Morning shifts (9-hours-shift including a 1-hour-break)
- 5 working days
- 2 days off (Rotational)
