Job Description

• Plan and manage manpower requirements in coordination with operational departments.
• Lead end-to-end HR daily operation and ensure efficient service level 
• Ensure full compliance with labor law, company policies, and internal procedures.
• Review and analyze all HR operational reports 

Job Requirements

• 7–10 years of total HR experience
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or senior operational HR role
• Industrial / Factory experience is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment & Personnel Affairs.
• Proven leadership and problem solving
• Talented in reporting and data analytics
