Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead, manage, and scale our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the UAE real estate market, and a proven track record in off-plan and secondary sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off-plan, resale, and leasing
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and individual agent productivity
  • Generate and manage qualified leads and ensure proper follow-ups
  • Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and key clients
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
  • Provide market insights, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis
