Job Description
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
- Translate requirements into training.
- Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
- Deliver training courses & Conduct training with external provides.
Job Requirements
- Training & Development, Learning Management, and Instructional Design skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Coaching experience
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and learning methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
- retail & Sales experience
